Ingredients
1 cup clears vegetable stock or water
6 tbsps white vinegar
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
2 to 3 spring onions
2 capsicums
2 big pieces cauliflower
8 to 10 French beans
1 big tomato
Small piece cabbage
8 to 10 pieces baby corn and Mushroom each (optional).
Cuisine: Cooking time: 10 mins Serving: 6 - 8 people

Method

  1. Chop spring onions, capsicum, Cauliflower, French beans, cucumber.
  2. Make slant pieces of carrots and cubes of cabbage leaves.
  3. In a sauce pan heat oil, add all chopped vegetables and sauté for1 minute.
  4. Reduce heat and add chili powder, vegetable stock or water, Vinegar, Sugar, salt, Tomato ketchup and soya sauce. Bring the mixture to boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cornflour paste to the above mixture by stirring continuously.
  6. Cook further for 2-3 minutes before serving.
