Ingredients
3 cups boiled noodles
2 tsps chopped garlic
3 to 4 red chilies
1 big carrot finely sliced
1cup shredded cabbage
3 to 4 beans chopped
1 capsicum finely sliced
1 cup chopped spring Onions
2 pinch Ajinomoto powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp oil
2 tsps chili oil
Salt to taste
5 dry red chillies
¼ cup cooking oil
2 tsps chopped garlic

Ingredients for chilli oil
5 dry red chillies
¼ cup cooking oil

Method for chilli oil
Cut chillies into 2-3 pieces. Heat oil in a vessel on a high flame. Add chilli pieces to it and switch off the gas. Cover the vessel for the next 2 hours. Later remove the chilli pieces and store the oil in glass bottle. Chilli oil is ready to use.
Method for soup
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan on a high flame.
- Add the garlic and red chilies and stir fry over a high flame for a few seconds.
- Add cabbage, Capsicum, beans, carrot, Spring onions, soya sauce and Ajinomoto and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes.
- Add boiled noodles, Chilli oil and salt.
- Mix all the above ingredients well and cook for 1 minute.
