Ingredients
125 gms paneer
6-8 sliced green chillies
1 tsp chilli sauce
1-2 tbsp tomato sauce
4-5 garlic flakes
½ tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp ajinomoto
½ tbsp sugar
2tbsp oil of your choice
2 tbsp sesame oil (sesame oil adds unique flavour to the dish)

Ingredients for Batter (Batter for frying paneer)


2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp curd
3-4 tbsp water (you can add more or less water as per your desired consistency)
Cuisine: Cooking time: 5 mins Serving: 4 people

Method

  1. Mix all the above ingredients to form a smooth paste.
  2. Cut paneer in to big cubes. Put them in batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  3. Heat oil in a wok or fry pan, add green chillies and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt, pepper,sugar and sauté further for a minute. Add 2-3 tbsp of water and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add paneer, coriander leaves and cook for a minute.
